On Friday, June 29, the 23rd graduation ceremony was held at the Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens (PDFC), students received certificates of completion of courses.
N.V. Gabdreeva, PDFC leader, summed up the academic year and wished students to pass the entrance exams successfully.
Teachers who worked with foreigners for a year, recalled that studying at the preparatory department is only the first stage of education in Russia. The listeners in turn thanked the teachers for their knowledge, support and care.
Meanwhile at the Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens of KNRTU-KAI announced the opening for 2018\19 academic year. Period of study: September 2018 - June 2019.
Course prepares foreign students for studying technical, economic and scientific specialties in Russian.
PDFC provides Russian language training in the following programs:
the first certification level of proficiency in Russian (B1) + 2 or 3 AP classes
the second certification level of proficiency in Russian (B2) + 2 or 3 AP classes
those who have an initial level of language proficiency can be trained on an individual program.
Trainees who successfully master the program will receive a certificate of the established standard and will be able to continue their education in the KNRTU-KAI and other universities of the Russian Federation under bachelor and master's programs. For the whole academic year, foreign students are included in an interesting cultural program: walking and bus tours, holidays, competitions, festivals.
