The 12th International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia-2019 has opened in the Moscow Region.
On Thursday, the 16th of May, The International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia-2019 opened in Crocus Expo IEC (1st pavillion), Moscow.
At the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Bocharov read out the welcoming speech of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. The President’s address noted that the event will contribute to the strengthening of technological and innovative potential and will be a festive event for aviation enthusiasts. The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation stressed that helicopter manufacturing is one of the country's business cards, our helicopters are recognizable and used around the world.
At this event KNRTU-KAI shows some products:
- A pole skid chassis, cell aggregate and rod fragments (Center of Composite Technologies);
- Samples of additive technology - parts manufactured using SLM and DMD technologies (Department of Laser Technologies);
- Teaching materials for flight training classes and the Strength Laboratory services (Institute of Aviation Engineering and Technology);
- Samples of cutting and welding of various metals - aluminum, steel, etc. (KAI-Lazer).
HeliRussia is the only international expo in Russia, where companies from Russia and other countries present world achievements in every helicopter industry segment, from design and manufacture to operation.
