KAI At WorldSkills!

Two students and two lycee represents KAI at WorldSkills Championship.

On Thursday, August 22, the 45th WorldSkills Championship competitions started in Kazan. More than 1,300 competitors from 63 WorldSkills Member countries and regions will compete in 56 skills. WorldSkills Russia works in all 85 regions of the country and it is one of the priority projects for the federal government in the field of personnel training and economic development. All competitions take place at the Kazan Expo exhibition complex.

 

 

KNRTU-KAI is being represented by 4 competitors: Ilyas Khisamiev and Egor Tarasov, Engineering Lyceum students, and Nikita Semin and Renat Akhmetsharipov, students. They are involved in three competencies: and Nikita Semin and Renat Akhmetsharipov – Future Skills, Composite Technologies; Ilyas Khisamiev – Junior Skills, Industrial Control; Egor Tarasov – Junior Skills, Drone Operating. 

 

 

Participants will be required to complete the competition tasks within three days. During this time, the jury will gradually assess the work done according to certain criteria.

 

 

All results will be known on Monday, August 27.
