“Russia-work” – a Convenient Job Search Tool for Foreigners

Foreigners will be able to get a job in Russian companies through the Search and Employment System. A system for searching and employing talented citizens of foreign countries in Russian  companies in digital economy segment  was presented by the “Rossotrudnichestvo” federal agency. The project is being developed by the leading IT-company IBS supported by “Rossotrudnichestvo” as a part of the national program “Russian Digital Economy” — federal  project “Personnel for digital economy”.

 In “Russia-work” system you can register, create your own profile and get acquainted with offers from employing company. Developers advise to add more information to interest the employer: besides work experience and educational level, it might be ideas, projects, blogs, awards and prizes, even social network. Companies’ business cards will be comfortable for using and informative too. The platform will be multilingual.

It is expected a job search system for talented foreigners will be launched by the end of 2020.
