KNRTU-KAI presented its developments.
August 10, the aviation festival «I Choose the Sky» took place in Kazan. It went off for the sixth time and coincided with the Day of Aviation. As part of the show Tu-95, Tu-160, Tu-22M3 and Mi-8 the helicopter flew over the crowd. Also in the framework of the holiday, the aerobatic team "Rus" performed before the guests.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, made a detour around the festival grounds, including the KNITU-KAI stand. Rector of KNRTU-KAI, Albert Gilmutdinov, showed the latest developments, including project « Digital double» realized by the pupils from the Engineering Lyceum of KNRTU-KAI. «"Digital double" allows you to predict the complete flight of the model and the operation of all its systems. This system allows you to save money on the production and operation of aircraft, "- says one of the developers Ilya Loshkarev.
Besides, KNRTU-KAI demonstrated:
- Air-cushion vehicle (Engineering Lyceum);
-The microsatellite that starts on the rocket. When downhill, it transmits information about environmental conditions and external influences (Engineering Lyceum);
-Project «Device for training pilots and cosmonauts» (post-graduate student of the Department of Engineering Science and Engineering Graphics (IAGTE) Ilnur Isyanov);
-Project «Geometry of the kinematic chain and links of the Bennett mechanism» (post-graduate student of the Department of Engineering Science and Engineering Graphics (IAGTE) Fanil Khabibullin);
-Multikopter (Student Design Bureau).
The program included performances of helicopters and light aircraft, an exhibition of unmanned aerial vehicles in the open air, a bike show, a master-class on laying parachutes and launching quadrocopters.
