On August 14, the rector of the KNRTU-KAI Albert Gilmutdinov meets with representatives of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. & Huawei R&D Center.
The main purpose was to communicate with the scientific society of the Republic of Tatarstan and to identify opportunities for joint research and development in the country in the following technological areas: artificial intelligence, machine learning, data storage and other areas of modern IT and chemical solutions.
During the talks involving the Provost for the development Tatyana Stanko, the parties discussed the potential of the university centers for the development of long-term relations.
Particularly, the representatives of the foreign company were interested in the following areas: the Institute of Radioelectronics and Telecommunications, the Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Protection, Kazan Quantum Center, Siemens, Kuka, FANUC.
It should be noted that representatives Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. & Huawei R&D Center visited the "IT Park", "Himgrad" and Innopolis as part of working visit in the Republic of Tatarstan.
