On Monday, September 17, 2018, the sixth Tripartite Youth Forum was opened at KNRTU-KAI.
The purpose of the forum is to improve the interaction of the youth of Russia, Poland and Germany and strengthening of tripartite relations. The event is attended by 50 young leaders aged 18 to 26 from Russia, Germany and Poland, interested in international relations, history, culture and politics.
Within the framework of the forum, two types of activities are envisaged: theoretical (development of possible scenarios for the development of tripartite relations) and practical (development and implementation of own projects). This allowed participants to develop their existing skills and take a fresh look at the relations between our countries.
Every year the forum theme focused at the certain aspect of tripartite relations. Participants discussed the creation of a favorable image of Russia and the need for closer interaction between the three countries in the future in the face of increasing contradictions.
The work of the forum was planned until September 21. During these days, discussions and workshops were planned at various venues in Kazan. On the final day, the participants will again conduct a lecture at KNRTU-KAI: the workshop "The Role of Media in Russian-Polish-German Relations" by Columnist of the «Rossiiskaya Gazeta» Ariadna Rokossovskaya, lectures, presentations, and also the closing ceremony is planned at the university.
