Guests could appreciate fully the diversity and wealth of ancient Chinese culture.
On Tuesday, February 19, an event dedicated to the celebration of the Chinese New Year, organized by students from China and the Office of International Activities, took place at KNRTU-KAI.
Teachers, students with their parents, students of different nationalities and graduates of KAI came to the event.
All guests of the holiday could take part in Chinese folk fun, for example: shifting soybeans with Chinese chopsticks from one plate to another, learn to play Jianzi (playing with a shuttlecock without using hands), Chinese chess, writing your name in hieroglyphs, taste Chinese tea and much more.
Likewise, the audience enjoyed performances prepared by Chinese students who danced and sang both folk songs and modern ones.
Also, the keepsakes were raffled at the end of the evening. Guests were given memorable photos.
Chinese culture truly amazed with its diversity and wealth. Guests received a lot of positive emotions and good mood for the rest of the week! Thanks to all Chinese students for excellent preparing and holding the event.!
