The Russian President Set a Mission to Open the Museum on Tu-144

Putin tasked the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education with the interactive museum’s opening for WorldSkills.

“The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation should assist in the creation of an interactive museum of technology dedicated to domestic aircraft building at the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev - KAI and ensure its opening by the start of the world championship on professional skills according to WorldSkills standards Kazan in 2019. Report - until August 1, 2019”, - the document stated on the President’s website.

Mikhail Kotyukov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, is responsible for carrying out works.

From August 22 to August 27, the WorldSkills World Championship will take place in Kazan. 1,5 thousand participants from 69 countries will part in the competition.
