International Festival of National Cultures "Russia – East"
The International Festival of National Cultures "Russia – East" took place in the capital of Tatarstan for the third time. Following tradition, representatives from Eastern countries gathered in Kazan, and this year the cultural forum brought together artists from more than thirty countries. They were joined by twenty Russian regions.
One of the highlights of the stage has been a project that has long become a hallmark of KAI University – the creative workshop "SHUM." Founded in 2002, it engages in various genres, encompassing folk, pop, and contemporary choreography, miniatures and small form theater, fashion theater, and performance art.
