Presence of foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation is regulated by the following acts:

1. Federal act №109 of 18 July 2006: "Concerning migration registration of foreign citizens and persons withou citizenship".

2. Federal act №115 of 25 July 2002 : "Concerning the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation"

3. Federal act №114 of 15 August 1996: "Concerning the Procedure for Exit from the Russian Federation and Entry into the Russian Federation"
