Grants of the government of the Russian Federation
Global Education Program (GEP) is a Russian government funding program that offers Russian citizens an opportunity to study at leading foreign higher education institutions and to get employment in accordance with the qualification gained.
GEP designed in execution of the President of the Russian Federation Decree №967 of 28 December 2013 “On measures to develop human resource potential of the Russian Federation” and realized according to the Russian Government Decree №568 of 20 June 2014 and Decree №635 of June 26 2015 under the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
