The structure of the Institute of International Education includes:

RECRUITMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION DEPARTMENT

The main activities are:

 • familiarization of foreign citizens with the rules of admission to KNRTU-KAI;

 • consulting on the arrival in the Russian Federation;

 • conducting summer/winter schools;

 • undertaking activities in conjunction with the Russian language centers.

ADAPTATION AND EDUCATIONAL WORK DEPARTMENT

Main activities:

 • familiarization of foreign students with the culture and traditions of the peoples of the Russian Federation,  undertaking cultural and sports activities;

 • development of the Association of International Students;

 • creating of self-government among foreign students;

 • interaction with diasporas and embassies;

 • organization of medical services for foreign students;

 • connection with foreign alumni, assistance in their further education and employment;

 • organization of round trips in the Republic of Tatarstan and other cities of Russia.

VISA SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Main activities:

 • submission of documents for issuing invitations for foreign citizens to enter the Russian Federation;

 • processing  of letters of guarantee and cover letters, applications;

 • migration registration;

 • preparation of documents for visa extension;
